Meet Megan

After Megan earned her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Oregon State University, she moved home to Portland, Oregon to begin her career at a small interior design firm specializing primarily in high end residential projects. From there she gained invaluable knowledge and insight about the ins and outs of the business. Having spent a handful of years there, Megan decided to further grow her experience by moving on to work for a very large multi-disciplinary architectural firm where she spent most of her time on their hospitality team. Working primarily on a variety of new construction, remodels, and additions of/to timeshare resorts; this afforded Megan the ability to work for different brands, styles, budgets, and target markets. Having the opportunity to travel to cities that she may not have chosen on her own at the time, was a unique experience that afforded her to further grow her love for design as so much of it is based on surroundings, culture, and lifestyle. After a handful of years there, Megan moved up to Seattle to join an architecture firm that focused primarily on public sector work. Working on a variety of TI projects that included public libraries, properties on the University of Washington campus, mental health hospitals and various projects for the FAA all afforded her with a very vast range of experience and knowledge. It was at this firm that she studied for and passed her NCIDQ and LEEDAP exams. Megan is a highly educated and skilled interior designer that has over twenty years of combined experience. After taking a few years off to stay home with her babies, Megan decided to go back to her one true design love: residential design and began her own business.

Megan strives to create interiors that are classic, timeless, and inviting. A client’s vision and their personal style will always be at the forefront of her designs. It is their dream home she is creating, not hers. Megan takes a very hands-on, but laid-back approach to working with her clients allowing them as much or as little involvement they wish to have throughout the process. Known for her keen attention to detail, and for being meticulous about the quality each project receives, it is for these reasons that all her projects turn out beautifully and of the highest quality.
